# Bevy doesn't seem to be working, what do I do?

## If you can't see and/or hear what is going on, try a few things to get you going.

Bevy can be a little tricky, but there are a few quick troubleshooting tips that can help you get back to the event quickly.

**Bevy Platform Basic Troubleshooting**

1. Are you using Google Chrome? *- If not try logging into the event in Chrome.*
2. Do you need to update Google Chrome? *- If not update Chrome and try again.*
3. Did you refresh the page? *- This is the fastest fix, and generally helps immediately.*
4. Did you log out and log back in? *- If not try logging out and then back into the event.*
